About Us
We had a very strict and professional team in designing and manufacturing all kinds parts in aluminum, stainless steel , 12L14, steel material and so on. Our facility certified by ISO 9001 and our quality control was very strict from material to finished parts the whole process. Regarding the material,
we can assure the material was in specification per customer request, if necessary we will let third independent lab .
We had 42 sets high precision CNC machines and some other CNC assistant equipments. We can design the fixtures and the most efficient process on CNC machines per customers' drawing , which will assure all the dimensions of the parts can be in specification and keep the production efficiency high and more stable.Especially, we had a all time inspection system onsite production for each CNC and each parts, which let us guarantee process stable and exchanging tools on time to keep dimension stable.We had very good tracing ability from the raw material to finished parts to assure when problems happening, we can trace it very quickly and find the root cause and supply 8D report.
We purchased 2 sets of die casting machine. 550T and 850T . and there were several ten years experience engineers joined us.
We also had a professional inspection team, which will guarantee our parts were in a very good quality before shipment.
